This award recognises excellent standards of health, safety and wellbeing within a given organisation, noting how companies aren’t just following good practice, but innovating in new ways to ensure staff, clients, and the public, are safe, happy and healthy. Such innovations may include health awareness drives, working culture changes, as well as safety equipment advances, as well as adherence to the global ESG drive, as we take into account how each company has focused on each area of ESG.
