On-Time Hero

On-Time Hero

One of the most important key performance indicators of a logistics system is on-time delivery performance. Getting goods from point A to point B safely and within a scheduled time table is critical to the supply chain and is what makes trade profitable for all involved parties. Air Cargo is particularly time-sensitive as time-savings is the primary reason to send cargo by air in the first place. During the pandemic many of the region’s cargo carriers have pulled out all the stops in providing customers with timely deliveries of critical goods and services. This award recognises the cargo airline that has outperformed its peers delivered platinum standard services to highly satisfied customers.
